How does your service work?

If you provide us with a detailed job description for a job vacancy or a list of skills we will then match your list to the skills of the job seekers from our database. If no suitable match is found, the job will be posted in our resource centres for our walk-in clients to review. We will keep you informed throughout the process. It is that simple.

How much does it cost?

Thanks to Government funding our services are free at all times to job seekers and employers.

What skills do your clients have?

We have hundreds of job seekers with a wide variety of education, skills and work experiences, from general labourers to engineers, all of whom are ready and willing to work.

How do you get their information to us?

Our services are employer driven; you choose, we can e-mail or fax résumés.


Will all applicants be calling us directly?

In order to save you time and effort during your busy period, we screen résumés, search for the most suitable candidates, and send you résumés that match your skill requirement to; you select the candidates you wish to interview. We do not give out your business name or contact information until you are ready to contact applicants directly.

Will you send me many résumés?

You will only receive résumés from our most suitable and qualified candidates.

What if we hire a person you refer and they do not work out?

We will continue to refer suitable applicants until you find the person who meets your hiring needs

I am expanding my business, I need a lot of workers in a short time frame, can you help?

DRUHC Employment Specialists meet the needs of small and large employers. We can arrange dedicated Job Fairs to meet a single employment opportunity or for multiple hiring’s. DRUHC offers on-site board rooms, staffed reception, private offices, computer testing facilities, and staff support throughout your hiring process. We also offer private areas to conduct video-conferencing interviews.
